I always felt like that I could never achieve success simply because of my disadvantaged background. However, when I was offered the chance to take part in the dofe I felt happy that I would be given the opportunity to develop my skills. Each element of the programme allowed me to enhance my CV and Personal statement, but also work with an amazing group of people. I thank everyone who could make this programme happen for me and so many other people who are not usually exposed to such opportunities.
