I had an amazing time completing my Bronze Award and gained a lot of valuable skills. It really helped me to become more independent and learn many more valuable life skills. The best part for me was the expedition as it was really enjoyable to work as a team and navigate through the countryside. As a group we had many laughs and moments of walking in completely the wrong direction through soaking wet knee high grass and brambles. I felt a real sense of achievement having completed the award and am grateful for being given the opportunity to achieve it.
