When we were doing our silver practice expedition we managed to get very lost. We had to phone our assessor and they gave us some directions to a reservoir. We took them and arrived at the reservoir, but it turned out we were at the wrong reservoir! We had misexplained our location and been given directions that somehow managed to get us to a different reservoir 9km away. We were very careful not to get lost the next day!
Also, on our bronze expedition, we turned under one bridge too soon. We did think it was a bit odd that we had made our path go straight through a river! We only realised when we got to the next bridge.
