When I did my Bronze practice expedition I was in a group of people I was friends with at the time (I’ve lot contact or fallen out with them all now) we got so lost that instead of going from point A to point B camping the night and heading on to point C we went from point A to point C. I very vividly remember getting a call from my supervisor because we hadn’t hit any of our checkpoints and telling him exactly where we were and him telling me I was wrong and we couldn’t be there. I still laugh about it and hold that if the practice expedition does not include at least one disaster the bad luck will dog the exposition proper.
I am also completing my gold and hope to make many more memories
