I remember doing my bronze award back in the 90's. It was an amazing life changing experience that I will remember for the rest of my life. I have four children 2 of which have bronze awards 1 which is undertaking bronze now and 1 which will in the future. I learnt so much from the experience, I made my children experience the independence, fun, wet walks and camping out with friends which they and I will never forget. Such a brilliant experience for me and my children and hopefully their children. The many challenges you face brings out the best in you and leadership skills and brilliant childhood bonds. And the memories!!
