I went on a practice expedition in March 2020. This was before lockdown and it was an amazing 3 days that I had with friends and teachers. At first it was slightly nervewrecking but as soon as I got to the camp site, being with my friends made it 10x better. W eset up the tent and evey night we'd have the night of our lives and it felt amazing to be surrounded by these wonderful souls. I used this time to get to know others too and i talked to people in my school that i never knew and it helped me gain many more friendships. Through all the arguements and miscommunications, we all loved this time together and i look forward to completing DofE as it is an experience that is unforgettable.
