This was a catalyst for igniting my passion for service for which I will be forever grateful, specifically for the guiding principles which have had a significant and positive impact on my life over the years, building confidence and resilience and truly understanding the value of service. I was part of a small group from 461 Sqn (Chichester) Air Training Corps that achieved this award in 1979. A transformational experience that equipped me well for adult life.
