DofE was life changing for me! I learnt so much about myself and realised that I was capable of more than I thought I was. The volunteering was so much fun and I learnt so much about how charity shops work, like how to do the KPIs! The skills section brought me back to lifeguard academy and I am now currently a lifeguard! The camping was amazing- me and my group bonded and learnt so much about each other. When we were all struggling, we kept each other motivated. The DofE award was one of the best things I ever did and it shaped the person I am today!
