DofE was an amazing opportunity to get to know some new people whilst also spending time becoming closer to my friends. Whether we were stuck in a muddy field, lost in a field or asking someone for directions in a place that they didn’t even know (and therefore we went the wrong way!), I have created some incredible memories. We went all around a park, when we were supposed to cut through the middle, doubling our route, but to have the time with my classmates, singing and laughing, I will forever remember this time. When we got to the campsite and all the groups got together, biking tents, cooking pasta, everyone feeling freezing in the morning but couldn’t wait for the day ahead. Little did we know that we would accidentally go through someone’s garden but it was a great way to build confidence and build relationships.
