DofE has provided me with so many memories, particularly of my own expeditions, being chased by cows, walking through Grizedale Forest and discovering the Lake District for the first time, my leaders becoming fellow volunteers and friends, but most importantly as leader, seeing so many young Girlguiding members pass through, gaining life skills and memories for life.
