I am fortunate enough to have benefitted from the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, which gave me the opportunity to try new activities and develop new skills. Trying archery for my silver award was a defining moment for me and let me take the first steps towards an international career in sport where I proudly represented my country. The footprint of DofE stretches far and wide and has impacted many young people across the country, leaving a lasting legacy.
