I feel lucky to have witnessed HRH interact with hundreds of young people at Gold Award Presentations in London and Scotland. He was always very interested to hear about their personal experiences of doing the DofE. The Duke was always warm and energetic, regardless of how many people he had spoken to that day. We shall celebrate the life of a man who did so much for young people across the UK and around the world.
