These recipes will show you how easy and rewarding baking can be, teaching you lots of practical kitchen skills, along with tips and techniques to guarantee success (plus ways to fix mistakes). Additionally, the topics of safety, food hygiene, using seasonal and sustainable ingredients, energy-efficient cooking and reducing food wastage and one’s carbon-footprint in the kitchen are all covered.
