Our amazing venue, set in the heart of Cranborne Chase near Salisbury, is second to none when it comes to a unique residential experience. Participants learn so many traditional skills during their week with us; skills that will open doors and last you a lifetime.

Your accommodation will be in our Viking Longhouse, a fully authentic reconstruction (amongst many on site) in which you will eat, sleep and socialise. During the week you will explore traditional construction methods of prehistoric buildings, from the Stone Age through to the Anglo Saxon/Viking era whilst also participating in a range of fun activities such as archery, sword and dagger fighting, making rope, wood turning, loom work, blacksmithing, cooking over an open fire, fire making and many more.

And who does not like a good story being told around a fire after a hard day of work. Tales of bygone days, battles and folklore!
