A 5-day wellness and fitness residential for young people doing their Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s award, you’ll get to experience daily classes focusing on core strength, stamina, alignment and awareness of good posture. Daily classes will include a range of Pilates, yoga, relaxation, resistance bands and body weight exercises to strengthen and tone. Each day will involve a daily stretch routine and we will get your legs moving with local sun rise run/walks located in the heart of Hampshire at Stubbington Study Centre.
