Over three months students learn how to create 11 different dishes building on the skills learnt during Level one. We’ll be taking recipe inspiration from our Gold residential Season It Cookery course in the French Alps. Throughout the course there is a mixture of written and video instruction. On the final two weeks students will be creating a three course menu plan of choice then preparing it for friends or family. This can be using any of the dishes from either level one or two or something entirely different.
We ask for photo evidence of all 11 dishes and a meal plan with timings for the three course meal plus photographic evidence.
Once we have this we submit the assessor report. We are on hand throughout by email.
