Help promote the protection and survival of these endangered gentle giants in the depths of Sri Lanka’s stunning interior. You will become part of an important initiative to bond elephants and communities whilst living amongst these beautiful creatures.

When?
You can take part in this programme for 2 – 12 weeks throughout the year.

What’s it all about?
You’ll be working in the elephant’s natural habitat everyday with the charity you’ll be with, working with scientists and conservationists to conduct research on projects ranging from their diet, preservation of their grazing trails, analysing their proliferation at water-holes to the wilderness and teaching environmental awareness at schools.
