Once you are getting towards the end of your programme 6-12 months after starting it you need to book an Exit Session which will be run throughout the year.
In this compulsory session you will:
• Review and reflect on your time as a DofE Young Leader, including the journey you’ve undergone and the skills you’ve developed
• Feedback on your experiences with other young leaders
• Plan your next steps and other opportunities to get involved with the DofE
Session time: 1 hour
Young Leaders can continue to support their centre after completing the Exit Session if there is a need and this is agreed by the centre and yourself. Following the Exit Session, you will receive a certificate to recognise your achievements in completing the DofE Young Leaders Programme.
